Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for Pre-Send Check purchases.
Digital purchases
Pre-Send Check sells prepaid digital checks. Because checks can be used immediately after purchase, completed and used checks are generally not refundable.
Unused credits
If you purchased checks by mistake and have not used them, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may refund unused credits at our discretion.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you believe you were charged twice or made an accidental duplicate purchase, contact us with the email used at checkout and the date of purchase so we can review it.
Service issues
If a technical issue prevents credits from being added or prevents the service from running properly, contact us and we will review the issue.
